About Jörg Köck

The pioneer of revolutionary negotiation strategies

After 25 years as a negotiation trainer for global market leaders such as Hilti, Lufthansa, Hartmann, Geberit, Peri, Voestalpine, and Swiss, I asked myself a central question: How do you achieve the best results in every negotiation and reach your goals, regardless of the situation? This question motivated me to develop a groundbreaking system that systematically analyzes negotiations and makes trust and personal impact measurable.

Today we have developed a state-of-the-art negotiation and sales simulator that allows my clients to precisely identify, in realistic scenarios, which methods bring the greatest success. This simulator is the result of decades of experience and cutting-edge AI technology — a tool that takes negotiation to a whole new level.

In my career, I have completed projects that were considered impossible — such as the restructuring of a struggling mechanical engineering company or the coordination of flight tests with up to 48 Tornado fighter jets. What others deemed unfeasible, I have successfully accomplished.

Over 40 years ago, I already worked with artificial intelligence, and this helped me develop pragmatic, simple AI-supported tools that lead to successful negotiation management. Now, with the advent of generative AI, I’m coming full circle and developing true negotiation intelligence — intuitive, powerful, and future-proof.
